As a dedicated, full-time Realtor of 13 years, my goal has always been to create highly satisfied clients through outstanding customer service from start to finish . After all, real estate is a people business, and that point must not be overlooked. I was able to bring the customer service skills with me that I learned from my prior career in the golf industry, with me into my career as a Realtor.
Within my own real estate business, I serve both buyers and sellers of real estate in the Pittsburgh suburbs. My areas of service span across the north, south, and west regions of Pittsburgh. As a guide, my areas span as far north as Cranberry/Mars, as far west as Hopewell Twp, and as far south as Washington PA. Over the years, I have worked with many satisfied clients all across the Greater Pittsburgh market.

Constant growth and improvement in one's real estate business is vital, not only to the Realtor, but to their consumers. In an effort to improve my knowledge of the business, I have earned my SFR Designation, which stands for Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource through the National Association of Realtors. This has helped me gain a better understanding of Short Sale and Foreclosure properties. It has been a benefit to those buyer or seller clients on either side of a Short Sale or Foreclosure.
In addition, I earned a CREN designation which stands for Certified Real Estate Negotiator to better represent my buyer and seller clients in negotiations. As a Professional Realtor, I make it a point to take training classes, learn new technologies, keep up my continuing education/ethics, and find new ways to improve my business and customer satisfaction!
