Pricing and condition are arguably the two most important elements in selling real estate.  We will comb through the current market listings in your area, plus take a look at homes pending a sale, and homes that have sold over the last few months. 

This market data will show us what buyers are willing to pay for a home similar to yours in your area.  We will also take a close look at the condition of your property.  A home being listed for sale must be in excellent showing condition both inside and out in order to maximize the most amount of money from the sale.  It needs to be ready not only for buyers viewing your home in person, but also for great online photos. 

Finally, we will discuss upgrades or additions that may have been performed during your ownership.  While you can't expect to get every dime back from that upgraded kitchen or bath, you can expect to be rewarded to an extent for your efforts.
