Situated in Allegheny County just 15 miles from downtown Pittsburgh, North Fayette is a community of both residential and rural areas.  It is a hilly and particularly wooded area. 

According to the 2010 Census, North Fayette was the 5th fastest growing municipality in Allegheny County!  At the time of the 2010 Census, North Fayette had a population of almost 14,000.
